Our clinic uses an external booking system called "Smiley Reserve."
With this system, you can easily book an appointment anytime, 24 hours a day.
The booking website is in Japanese.

How to Book
Create an Account
The first time you use the system, create an account on the login screen.
Start by sending a blank email or by entering your email address.
Register Your Child
Enter your child's name (in hiragana) and date of birth.
If you have a clinic patient card number, please enter it as well.
Book an Appointment
Choose the type of visit (general visit, vaccination, or checkup),
then select an available date and time.
Important Notes
Email Settings
To make sure you receive confirmation and reminder emails,
please allow emails from the smiley-reserve.jp domain.
Online Questionnaire
Completing the online questionnaire before your visit makes things go smoothly.
Please tell the reception staff that you have completed it.
The questionnaire is in Japanese.
